Roles and what each can do

Neoflo has three roles. Org Admins manage access for everyone. Workspace Admins and AP Agents work on invoices.

Workspace Admin	An AP lead who runs the team	The Role list, next to the workspace name
AP Agent	People who process invoices	The Role list, next to the workspace name

Your organization has one workspace for now, so everyone works in the same place.

Who can do what

Workspace Admins can change the roles of other Workspace Admins and AP Agents. They don’t see Org Admins on People, so they can’t change an Org Admin’s role.

The last Org Admin in your organization can’t be deactivated or deleted, so there’s always someone who can manage access.
