When Neoflo flags a value and you acknowledge it, Neoflo records the correction. Acknowledge the same correction three times, and Neoflo applies it on its own from then on. You stop seeing that flag.

How a correction is learned

For example, invoices from one vendor read Harbor Supplies Pte Ltd, and its PO reads Harbor Supplies Private Limited. Each time you acknowledge that match, the streak grows by one.
Neoflo learns corrections to fields such as company and vendor names, and the acknowledgments you make on the Faktur Pajak check. It never learns values that are new on every invoice, such as the invoice number, invoice date or PO number.
Acknowledge only what’s really the same. Three careless acknowledgments teach Neoflo a wrong match, and it then applies that match without asking. If that happens, the memory needs deleting. The steps are below.

Read the Memory page

Select the brain icon in the left rail to open Memory. It has two sections: Field Corrections, and Faktur Pajak for acknowledgments on Indonesian invoices.
The Memory page with 52 field corrections. Each row shows the field, the value as read and the value it maps to, a streak, a status of Learning or Auto-applying, and a delete button

Delete a memory

Only Org Admins and Workspace Admins can delete a memory. If you’re an AP Agent, ask your AP lead.
1

On Memory, find the row.

2

Select the trash icon in its Actions column.

The field goes back to manual review. The next invoice with that value is flagged again, and a new streak starts if you acknowledge it.

Three. The status changes from Learning to Auto-applying.
Get that memory deleted on the Memory page. An admin deletes it, so an AP Agent asks their AP lead. The field goes back to manual review.
