# Sign in to Neoflo

> Accept your invitation and sign in with your company Google account.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Before you begin**
>
> * Your Org Admin has invited you. The invitation goes to your work email, works once, and expires after 30 days.
> * Use the Google account the invitation was sent to. Any other account has no access.
> * Connect to your company VPN. Neoflo is reached through it.

## Sign in for the first time

**1. Open the invitation email from Neoflo, and select Accept Invite.**

**2. On the Welcome to Neoflo page, select Continue with Google.**

**3. Choose your work account.**

Neoflo then opens the **Invoice Dashboard**.

## Sign in again later

Open Neoflo, select **Continue with Google**, and choose your work account. You stay signed in for 30 days, then Neoflo asks you to sign in again.

## If something goes wrong

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| The page doesn't load | Check that you're connected to your company VPN, then try again. |
| `Your email address is not authorized to access this platform.` | Ask your Org Admin to invite the account you're signing in with. |
| **Accept Invite** doesn't work | The invitation has expired or been used. Ask your Org Admin to send a new one. |
