# Roles and what each can do

> Neoflo has three roles. Org Admins manage access for everyone. Workspace Admins and AP Agents work on invoices.

| Role | Who it's for | Where it's set |
| - | - | - |
| **Org Admin** | The head of AP, or an IT admin who manages access | The **Org Admin** check box, when you invite or edit a person |
| **Workspace Admin** | An AP lead who runs the team | The **Role** list, next to the workspace name |
| **AP Agent** | People who process invoices | The **Role** list, next to the workspace name |

Your organization has one workspace for now, so everyone works in the same place.

## Who can do what

Workspace Admins can change the roles of other Workspace Admins and AP Agents. They don't see Org Admins on **People**, so they can't change an Org Admin's role.

| Action | Org Admin | Workspace Admin | AP Agent |
| - | - | - | - |
| Process, post and reject invoices | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Delete a memory | Yes | Yes | No |
| Invite new people | Yes | No | No |
| Change a person's role | Yes | Yes, except Org Admins | No |
| Deactivate or reactivate a person | Yes | No | No |
| Delete a person | Yes | No | No |

The last Org Admin in your organization can't be deactivated or deleted, so there's always someone who can manage access.
